RESPONSE OF CLAIMANT CHASE FIDELITY BANCORP TO CLAIMANS' MOTION TO

CHANGE VENUE

Chase Fidelity joins the request to change venue and further respectfully asks the Court not to dispose of the

venue matters in such a way that would expose Chase Fidelity to defending its ownership of the real property

in Glendale, California both here in the Eastern District of North Carolina and also in the Central District of

California.

CLAIMANT'S REPLY TO GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE TO MOTION FOR CHANGE OF

VENUE

Transfer is proper because the Government chose to seek to benefit from inexorably intertwining the

criminal case and this case, and should not be permitted to take a contrary position now that the court has

determined that the criminal case should be transferred to California.
