This request for production of documents and tangible evidence is directed to you pursuant Rule 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. You are directed to produce the following documents for inspection and photocopying, at some mutually agreeable time within 30 days after service, at your office or the office of claimant's counsel.

For purposes of this documents request, the term "document" refers to any writing, drawing, graph, chart, photograph, video or tape recording, transcript, or any other data compilation from which information can be obtained and translated, if necessary, into reasonably usable form.

1. Produce all documents identified in response to the interrogatories served upon you by claimant.

2. Produce any other documents or tangible evidence, not identified in response to the interrogatories, which you intend to introduce at trial.

3. Provide a viewing letter and a date, prior to the close of discovery, when claimant's counsel may view any and all tangible evidence, including but not limited to documents, contraband and other physical evidence seized during the arrest which you intend to introduce at trial or which was identified in response to respondent's second set of interrogatories.
