If you can't see the form or the Volano button, then your browser is probably not Java-enabled -- and until you fix it, you can't get into the Chat Room, because it is written in Java.   If you can't see the tickertape running across the top of  the FEAR home page, then your browser is not Java-enabled.  If you're using a recent version of Netscape, go to the Preferences settings and make sure you've checked the box that enables Java.  If your browser is out of date, you may need to get a new web browser (we recommend Netscape Communicator) but you'll need to have at least 16 megs of RAM and Windows 95 or better in order to run it.  Sorry, we don't have similar information for Mac computers.
