RE: NM Forfeiture Reform Bill - SB 10

NM Senate Bill 10 is a great improvement and is sponsored by Sen.
Manny Aragon, Pres pro tem, a law school classmate of mine and a
liberal democrat. Our problem is our governor, an unqualified
republican who got swept in by the 1994 elections. He is quite
unpredictable and is inclined to veto any democratic bills
regardless of their merit.
