Thanks, Jesse, for saying what needs to be said.

This kind of activity, where cops play games with lives, promoting sting
operations, and thieving private property is nowhere constitutionally
justified. According to the Founding Fathers, we are supposed to have ALL
rights not specifically prohibited by the Constitution. We should be able
to do anything we chose, even harmful things, if it doesn't hurt others.
That includes smoking, eating fatty foods and, yes, buying sexual pleasure.

But the important point is that they are not doing these things to help you
and me and the rest of the citizens, anyway. No, it is a scam for two
things; loot and control. Maybe control is more important than the loot for
I doubt that many police departments are so desperate for funds that they
must steal it from the citizens.

We need to hear from you more often!

This article makes me SOOOO mad. As a former LEGAL hooker in the brothels
of
Nevada, I feel very strongly that prostitution is a victimless event and
that
police are wasting their time on a business arrangement when they should
be
focusing on gang activity, rape, robbery, murder or any number of REAL
crimes.
Making men attend "John School" to "rehabilitate and educate" them offends

every nerve I have. Sex is a normal part of life and if one person offers
a
service and another offers the fee required - - where does government get
off
intruding into a private business transaction??? Oh this makes my blood
boil.
That's why I wrote a book and it sold out.

Pot falls into the same category. Government should not be in the
business
of legislating morality or minding other people's private business.

But hey . . . despite the 4th and 5th Amendments . . . cops see BIG bucks.

They got $250 for each car "confiscated." It's business, baby . . .
nothing to
do with "to serve and protect."
