Not that I am aware of, Leon. However I will ask on the largest drug policy

list in Canada, CMAP, and see if anyone else knows.

Canadian moves into the forfeiture area are fairly recent. Canadians have a

bill of rights like document called the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. But

unlike our Bill of Rights, their courts tend to uphold the Charter fairly 
strictly. The Canadian legal experts I talk to say that attempts to have 
forfeiture laws like in the U.S. will likely fail when it comes to the 
Charter tests. At best they may be able to include the taking of property 
gained by illegal activitity once the owner is found guilty. Not the 
property found guilty stuff we have.
