Greetings Mayor,

I just heard of your proposed ordinance to steal (I am so sorry, I mean
forfeit) those nasty cars used by people doing all that nasty loitering
in your (un)fair city. If your item is passed into law and manages to
survive the obvious court challenges that will come, I can't helpl but
wonder how long it will be before some unsuspecting tourist who knows
nothing about the reputation of your town as well as this new "tool" to
help fight that reputation is caught loitering in a park having decided
to stop at that park as they are driving through town and end up breaking
your new law by sitting in the swings or at a picnic table. I will be
quite happy to take my tourist dollars elsewhere and avoid your
forfeiture trap. Keep those swastika's flying high.

If you are truly interested in doing the right thing here I suggest you
appropriate the money needed to build a bypass that goes around your town
and put up signs on that bypass advising people that they should steer
clear of your city if they do not want to risk loosing their cars. That
way anyone who actually drives into your town would be highly suspect and
probably deserves to have their car taken from them. That seems to be
what you are getting ready to do anyway. Have a nice day.
