Basic membership in F.E.A.R. - $35.00 per year. Basic membership DOES NOT include access to the password-protected FEAR Brief Bank or Private Collection of Research Materials.

Brief Bank subscription - $100.00 per year. Includes basic membership plus access to the password-protected FEAR Brief Bank and Private Collection of Research Materials.

(Any contribution made for this last item will go to the FEAR Foundation and therefore is tax deductible. These contributions will be earmarked for the sole purpose of providing forfeiture defense materials to those victims who cannot afford to purchase them.)

To purchase FEAR materials or membership on-line using a credit card, you'll need to have a PayPal account. If you don't have a Paypal account yet, go to the PayPal website first and set up your Paypal account before trying to use the automated form below. You have to give Paypal your credit card information. (Paypal's website uses an encrypted process that ensures the security of the information.) Once you set up your PayPal account and get a password and user ID from them, return to this page and click the PayPal buttom next to the item you want to purchase. Note: you have to make a separate PayPal transaction for each item -- we don't have a shopping cart.

If you'd rather pay by check or money order, print out this mail-in order form, fill it out and mail it, along with your check or money order, to FEAR, 20 Sunnyside Suite A-419, Mill Valley, CA 94941. Sorry, we can't take credit card orders over the phone. If you have an urgent need for any FEAR publication - or for membership/access to the Brief Bank, call FEAR when you make or send in your purchase, so we can expedite your order.

Instructions:

Please provide a street address AND TELEPHONE NUMBER for shipping purposes. We ship manuals by FedEx Ground and they require a street address and phone number. They cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Also please indicate whether the mailing address is a residence or business address.
Fed Ex ground takes several days to deliver manuals. If you need a manual sent by some other method, you'll have to contact us by phone or email for instructions. Delivery by other means will probably require additional charges.

If you are not yet a PayPal member, you must go to the PayPal website first and sign up. It's free. Once you have your Paypal membership, click on the PayPal icon next to the product you want to purchase to complete the processing of the transaction.
No we cannot take credit card orders over the telephone. FEAR does not have merchant accounts.
