Instructions:
  1. Please provide a street address for shipping purposes. We ship manuals by FedEx Ground and they require a street address.  They cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Also please indicate whether the mailing address is a residence or business address.
  2. Fed Ex ground takes several days to deliver manuals.  If you need a manual shipped by some other method, you'll have to contact us by phone or email -- at or before the time you place your online order -- for instructions.  Delivery by other means will probably require additional charges.
  3. Please provide your phone number.  Fed Ex Ground needs your phone number in case there's a problem delivering to your address.
  4. No we cannot take credit card orders over the telephone.  FEAR does not have merchant accounts.
